The cap feeder is provided with the built-in large lid storage bin with a volume of about 0.15 m³ and the storage bin can store more than 5,000 plastic caps with dimensions of Ф44*16. The main control system detects the stock of bottle caps in the bottle cap conveyor channel through photoelectric sensor, and starts or stops the cap lifting mechanism automatically through automatic comparison with the set value.
It has the functions of inspecting aluminum foil in bottle cap, capping defect, and reject the bottles with following defects, such as no aluminum foil in the cap, no cap or inclined cap, to maximize the percent of product pass rate.
