The cap is screwed up by 12 grasping rotating heads for reliable locking of cap;
The grasping rotating head mold can be replaced to be suitable for the caps in different diameters;
When there is no lid, the bottle distribution wheel automatically stops bottle feeding and implements the linkage control with the cap feeder; when lack of cap, it will feed the cap automatically, and the high-order cap blocking unit will stop automatically.
A detection device, located at the exit of the cap screwing machine, is used to detect and reject the bottles without aluminum foil in the cap and the bottles with crooked caps or the caps in incorrect positions automatically and equipped with a collection box.
