Three photoelectric induction devices are designed in the lifting mechanism to ensure the accurate positioning of the equipment in the lifting, milling and discharging processes, and the work safety increases the safety mechanical limit on the basis of the safety upper limit position. In case of failure of the safety upper limit position detection switch during the lifting process, the safety mechanical limit is triggered, and the signal is fed back to the control system to stop the equipment and ensure the safety of the equipment; at the same time, on the basis of the discharging position detection, the lower limit position safety block is added to prevent the discharging position failure and provide further guarantee for the safety of the equipment.

Automatic dust removal

An air storage tank is set above the buffer cylinder, which can be used for pulse blowback dust removal to clean the bag and reduce the frequency of manual cleaning of the bag.

Motorized Butterfly Valve Control

No need to manually open the discharging butterfly valve, reducing work intensity (optional).
