Efficient mixing technology

The symmetrical axis of the hopper and the swivel axis are at an angle of 30°, the material in the mixing hopper flips together with the swivel body and moves tangentially along the wall of the hopper, resulting in strong flipping and high-speed tangentially moving, and further achieving the best mixing effect.

Integrated M&E design

This is a high technology product of integrated M&E. Driven by the motor, the screw is lifted, the gearbox is driven, and the PLC control is triggered. It is easy to operate the machine and adjust the process parameters.

Barrel interchangeability

The single machine can be equipped with a variety of specifications and quantities of barrels. After mixing, the hopper is directly removed from the swivel arm and directly transferred to the next process, which greatly improves the efficiency of the mixer and avoids cross-contamination of materials.

In-place material distribution function

By adding the encoder, it is possible to set different material distribution levels to meet the different specifications of the hopper online material distribution.

Safety detection device

By adding the travel switch, two fixed material levels, namely, level locking and unloading, can be set up, and a safety detection upper limit can be added to ensure that the lifting cylinder does not interfere with the ceiling.

Safety interlocking design

Set the discharge butterfly valves of infrared grating isolation device and anti-misoperation device to ensure the work safety. Besides, the multiple safety interlocking mechanism is also set up. There is the built-in automatic fault diagnosis system.

Compliance

The high-quality stainless steel materials shall be adopted for the parts in contact with drugs and capsules according to the characteristics of the product process. The surface is smooth, flat, easy to clean and disinfect, and will not adsorb or chemically react with the product, which meets the relevant standards of Chinese GMP, EU and FDA.
