The most remarkable features of this machine are a turntable platform, two dosing stations and two discharge ports.

Dosing precision

1. High dosing precision: The mold of this model has two rows of 24 holes, with the dosing precision the same as model 3500. Compared with the 4-row molds of traditional model 7500, this machine is featured by higher structural accuracy and more stable dosing to ensure the uniformity requirements.

2. The drug is compacted five times along cam which is designed in a continuous curve, rather than point compacting. The dosing cam curve is now updated and optimized, further increasing the dosing time, so as to achieve better powder plugs and improve the uniformity.

3. All cams are featured by the world's most advanced curve trajectory, full CNC machining, high precision and smooth running, leading to higher dosing precision.

Loading rate

Finished product rate: not less than 99% (Finished product rate is related to batch quantity and material properties)

The dividing box is from world-famous brand with high precision, good stability and long service life.

Tightness

The new seal structure is adopted to ensure smooth operation and good tightness.

Interchangeability 

The dosing disk, module, upper pin holding frame and other parts are the same as the ordinary 3500. The original molds of 3500 can still be used.

Four-easy

1. Easy operation: The dosing disk, dosing disk and molds of CFM-7500D are light in weight, and can be disassembled and assembled by one person. The platform needs to be disassembled, cleaned and adjusted frequently with screw drivers, convenient for disassembling and adjustment.

2. Easy cleaning: All parts in contact with the large board are designed with slope for easy cleaning, such as ring cover, base, column pad, pad of each station, aluminum gland.

Multifunction

It can achieve the filling of two different kinds of materials, such as powder + powder, powder + pill, pill + pill.

The parts in contact with drugs and capsules are made of high-quality stainless steel according to the characteristics of the product process.
